This is exactly what it says, the personal touch, we can offer 1 to 1 training at a time that suits you. We will come to you so you can even train in your own home, no distractions of others working out and you can even keep an eye on the kids. 

           SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training provides all the benefits of personal trainng but with a small group of freinds or family. This is ideal for anyone who doesnt like the idea of a bootcamp but woiuld love the motivation of close freinds around them. Again this can be done in your own home and at a time to suit you. Perfect for a family trying to get healthy. 

           BOOTCAMPS

 

The perfect way to get fit, meet new people and feel great. Our Bootcamps are 30 - 60 minutes of high intensty exercises that can be adjusted to everyones ability, it isnt your typical "army style" bootcamp, here you can come and enjoy getting fit with encouragement and support so you can reach your goals.

           SPORTS CONDITIONING

 

Athletes and sports clubs, this is the service for you. We provided detailed fitness coaching for teams and individuals alike, whether you are a football club looking for a pre-season training programme or a golfer looking to add an extra 10 yards to your drive we can help. 

           FITNESS & NUTRITION SEMINARS 

 

Employers, Schools and Sports Clubs alike can take advantage of our Seminars, if you are looking to educate your employees and/or students a lunch seminar is the ideal place to sit and discuss healthy eating & exercise. Sports teams looking to educate their players on sports nutrition can organise seminars to give them the best chance of progressing.
